Available fulfilment methods
Depending on the office programme, fulfilment may include an approved pickup point, gate delivery, building or zone delivery, scheduled workplace delivery or controlled desk delivery where available.
Service areas and slots
Available locations and time slots are displayed before order confirmation. Availability may vary by office, daypart, demand, access controls and operational capacity.
Estimated timing
Displayed times are estimates unless a written corporate service agreement expressly defines a service level. Security checks, access restrictions, weather, traffic or operational events may affect timing.
Employee availability and access
The recipient should be available at the agreed fulfilment point and provide accurate office, gate, building, floor or contact information.
Charges
Any delivery, packaging or service charge is displayed before order confirmation or governed by the applicable corporate programme.
Support
For a fulfilment issue, use the order-support route and provide the order reference.
